- Jim, great to be here. I've been told I can do a lot in a minute, so let's have at it.

Jim Gordon
- We've got lots of time here. Okay, let's talk about Blackrock Silver and your flagship Tonopah West Project in Nevada.

Andrew Pollard
- Yeah, well, listen, Tonopah West is emerging as one of the best silver discoveries of the last decade. In three years since we started drilling it, we've drilled out 100 million ounces of silver, equivalent at over half kilogram per ton, making this the highest grade undeveloped silver project
globally, and it's got a clear path forward.

Jim Gordon
- And talk about where the project is currently and what are your expectations for the near future?

Andrew Pollard
- We're sitting in a good position. We just closed a $5.75 million bought deal, which was one of the first bought deals in the silver spaces since last summer. So we're cashed up. We've got a lot of key institutions positioned here that are eager to see us advance it, and as I said, we're sitting on 100 million ounces right now, all of which we've just drilled out over three years. We've got a clear path to keep adding ounces, but we're now at the point where we can start focusing
on looking at development scenarios. We're gonna be de-risking the project towards development this year, doing more metallurgy work, looking at hydrologic studies, and doing some background scoping studies. That'll just put a development lens on the project as we look to just keep moving forward.

Jim Gordon
- And let's talk about the historical significance of the Tonopah Silver District.

Andrew Pollard
- You know, anyone that's been to Nevada has probably seen along the highway, it says, "Welcome to the Silver State." Nevada is known as the Silver State because of the Tonopah silver discovery back in 1900. In fact, the guy who discovered it 10 years later became governor of the state along the way. I mean, this was a wild west sort of gold rush, the last real one in Nevada before World War I, and people like Wyatt Earp, who served as a deputy sheriff on our property. Howard Hughes owned a large chunk of our property in the 1960s. I mean, there's some really historical figures along the way, but the best thing about the project is that we've made it very clear that the history books are yet to be written. I mean, there's a lot more life left to lead in terms of gold and silver at Tonopah.

Jim Gordon
- And Andrew, you guys are on private land in Nevada. Are there any strategic benefits to that?

Andrew Pollard
- Nevada's a good place to be anyways for a mining company, but private land in Nevada is unequivocally the best setup any mining company could possibly have, simply because there's no federal level involvement in our project whatsoever. From a permitting perspective, I mean, it's just state and county level permitting required, meaning quick, streamlined process when it comes to that. What takes companies three to six years might take us three to six months. And you know, in terms of Tonopah and just the setup there, I mean, we're three hours from Vegas. In fact, the highway that connects Vegas to Reno actually cuts right across from our property. And I like to say that, you know, I've got 100 million ounces across the street from Burger King 'cause I actually do.

- That's good. Okay, and finally, what makes Blackrock Silver a unique investment opportunity?

Andrew Pollard
- Well, listen, there's so few true actual silver projects globally and when you start separating them out by grade and size, I mean, Blackrock truly is a standout. We've got 100 million ounces at over a half kilogram per ton. We've got a clear path to grow it. The metallurgy is fantastic. It's a past producer, and we're in private land in Nevada three hours from Vegas. Doesn't get much better than that.
